Hi there, I’m Karen!
I have been practising yoga on and off for 6 years and in 2019 i decided that i wanted to further my understanding of my own personal yoga practice and completed my 200 hour yoga teacher training. Upon completing my training i found i was drawn to teaching even though this wasn’t the reason behind completing my teacher training. I wanted to share with my community what i was experiencing with my practice and felt that the best way to do this was through teaching. I am proud to be certified and registered with Yoga Alliance.
My classes emphasise precision and alignment, my approach allows people of any age, level of health or fitness to practice. I enjoy using movement, breath and meditation to help individuals connect their mind and body.
